- What is Rhett?
- Rhett by Drividend is an AI insurance-shopping assistant. You upload your current policy once, Rhett organizes the information, requests competing quotes from insurers, and shows you the factual differences between offers. You always make the final decision.
- How does Rhett shop for insurance?
- Rhett collects your insurance information once, requests quotes from selected insurers on your behalf, handles the repetitive back-and-forth with insurers, and normalizes the responses into a side-by-side comparison of price and coverage.
- Does Rhett sell insurance?
- No. Rhett is an insurance-shopping assistant, not a seller of insurance. Rhett does not sell policies, receive commissions, or steer you toward any carrier.
- Does Rhett choose my coverage?
- No. Rhett never chooses coverage for you and never recommends policies. Rhett shows you factual differences between quotes — the decision is always yours.
- What documents do I need?
- To start, you upload your insurance ID card and, ideally, the declarations page of your current policy. You can add additional policy documents if you have them. PDF, JPG, and PNG files are accepted.
- Will insurers receive my personal phone number?
- No. By default, agencies do not receive your personal phone number. Rhett uses a shopping email identity and a proxy phone number, so insurers contact Rhett — not you directly.
- Does Rhett share my driving location?
- No. Drividend never shares raw driving location or trip history with insurance carriers or agencies. If driving findings are used in the future, they may only be shared as privacy-preserving summaries, when you authorize them — for example, verified annual mileage instead of where you drove.
- Can I see what Rhett shares?
- Yes. You can see exactly what information is shared about you, and every disclosure is recorded so you can review it later.
- Does Rhett guarantee savings?
- No. Savings depend on your situation and the quotes insurers return. Rhett organizes the facts so you can compare offers accurately — but Rhett does not guarantee savings.
- How much does Rhett cost?
- Rhett is currently being tested. Final pricing will be shown clearly before any paid service begins.
